Hello! My name is Monica Nelligan and I have been a Special Education Teacher for 6 years. I graduated from Texas State University in 2014. I am certified in All Level Special Education and EC-6 ESL generalist. I have 3 daughters, a husband, and a dog who I love spending time with. I am looking forward to a great school year!
