Ms. Julietta Peyrano
My journey started when I attended Texas A&I University in Kingsville on a basketball scholarship. While attending Texas A&I, I started my education in the Speech Pathology Program and later realized that teaching and coaching was my passion. I graduated from the University of Texas Pan American with a Bachelor's degree in General Studies (3 Minors)-(Psychology, Sociology and Health). My first Year of teaching I taught at Dr. Saenz Middle School La Joya ISD in a (SAU) Social Adjustment Unit with students in the 6-8th grades. I then moved on to spend 10 years at Sharyland ISD, where I taught 4th Grade Math, 6th Grade Science/Social Studies, all level elementary Resource, Co-teach, and Inclusion. I spent one year as a 7th & 8th grade Life Skills teacher and one year as a 7th Grade Special Ed. Inclusion Teacher at B.L. Gray Junior High. My NEISD experience started at Montgomery Elementary as a Behavior Unit teacher for 2 years and one year as a 5th grade inclusion teacher. I spent one year at Serna Elementary as a Special Ed. 5th Grade Co-teacher and GLC. I am super excited to be here at Thousand Oaks Elementary to be able to put all of my experience to work. GO BOLTS!!!
