I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California (Sylmar Area). I earned my Bachelors of Arts in Mathematics-In Secondary Education from California State University, Northridge. My love for teaching began when I went back to my middle and high school, as a GEAR-UP college tutor. This experience made me realize how much I loved mathematics and students really enjoyed learning from me. And here I am, starting my 17th year as a mathematics teacher. I feel so privileged to be a Reagan Rattler! I truly love this beautiful campus!

I am happily married to my husband, Paul. We have two blessings, Olivia (15 years) and Liliana (7 years).

*Voted MOST ATHLETIC my senior year of high school
*Played volleyball and softball/Sylmar Volleyball Team won city championship in 1994
*Speak Spanish
