Mr. Harral has had experience at many levels of academics. He has been a consultant for the gifted and talented elementary school program in Austin ISD, a supervisor of teachers at the middle school level, a high school teacher, and an instructor in The College of Education at The University of Texas at Austin.

Mr. Harral is a graduate of the North East Independent School District. His undergraduate degree is from Texas Tech University and his graduate work was done at The University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Harral has been teaching at Ronald Reagan High School for the last twenty-three years after retiring from managing and owning a retail business.
