Interdisciplinary Studies with Specialization in Reading and Math
Miss Elizabeth Schneider
I am the Dyslexia Teacher at Stahl Elementary. Boy, time sure does fly... This is my 21st year teaching at Stahl. I work with Dyslexic students and help all students find their love for reading!
I grew up in San Antonio and am a product of Northeast ISD. I attended Thousand Oaks Elementary, Bradley Middle School, and ended my Northeast education at MacArthur High School, where I was also on the Brahmadora Dance Team. After high school, I continued my education at Southwest Texas State University, SWT, now Texas State University, and received a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a specialization in Reading and in Math. GO BOBCATS!!! I am currently in my second year of training to become a Certified Academic Language Therapist. This summer, I started my Masters's in Special Education with a Specialization in Dyslexia! I am so excited about continuing my education at Midwestern State University!
There are so many things that I love to do. Reading is top of my list. I have run two marathons and competed in 2 fitness competitions in 2014!!! I love sunflowers, butterflies, and Eeyore!
I look forward to a wonderful 2022-2023 school year!
