My name is Barbara Jean Thompson and I am a Kindergarten teacher at Redland Oaks Elementary. I love being a teacher and cannot imagine doing anything else. My passion is teaching Early Childhood. Kindergarten is the best, it is such an amazing year to get students started with a strong foundation and to foster a love for learning. I’m married to my amazing husband, Chad and have 2 sweet kids, Charlotte and Russell.  I love to work out, hang out with family, be outside, travel and live life to the fullest. I'm a UTSA roadrunner and a fan of the Spurs and the Cowboys. I can’t wait to meet your student and get the year started; the best is yet to come!
