Hello! My name is Jessica Garcia and this will be my second year teaching here at LEE High School!

I was born and raised in San Marcos, Texas- Go Rattlers! In my free time I enjoy fishing, shopping, tubbing, going to the movies, reading, and spending time with family and friends. I have a dog named Lily that is basically my child and goes with me almost everywhere! I enjoy traveling and have been to 15 states and plan on visiting the other 35 at some point in my life! The Houston Astros, San Antonio Spurs, Dallas Cowboys,Texas Longhorns, and Rampage Hockey are my teams! 

I attended A&M Corpus Christi for 3 years and then transferred to the University of Texas at San Antonio. I am an honors graduate and obtained a bachelors in Social Studies. I am certified in Social Studies 7-12 and have a passion for teaching History :) This year I will be teaching 9th grade World Geography and 12th grade United States Government. In addition, I will also be coaching Girls Basketball and Softball. I am excited about this year and cannot wait to dive into some history!
