• San Antonio College Partnership

MacUNITED students have all the opportunities and resources that any San Antonio College (SAC) student has, including tutoring services, access to clubs and organizations, and support services through our college partner. MacUNITED works closely with SAC to hire highly qualified candidates to teach at MacArthur, whether through professors at our campus or a hybrid of in-person and online courses. During their junior and senior years, students can potentially have some courses located on the San Antonio College campus. For more information, visit Alamo Colleges ECHS and P-TECH.

San Antonio College faculty, staff, and deans are working closely with our on-campus staff to ensure training, program and course coordination, and support for students. This collaboration aims to provide a seamless and enriching educational experience, equipping students with the skills and knowledge needed for future success. The approach of the Early College High School ensures that students receive the best possible education, blending high school and college learning environments.

    Student Benefits

MacUNITED students can take advantage of Alamo College’s Transfer Advising Guides (TAGs), which provide a seamless transfer to university. These guides ensure zero loss of credit hours, zero loss of time, and zero loss of money. TAGs inform students what classes to take while enrolled at SAC or any other Alamo College, ensuring that their classes not only transfer but also count toward their intended four-year degree program at their desired university. For more information, visit Alamo Colleges Transfer Advising Guides.

These guides are designed to streamline the transfer process, making it easier for students to achieve their academic goals. Students benefit significantly from TAGs by receiving accurate information and advice that helps them navigate their educational journey with clarity and confidence. TAGs enable them to make informed decisions about their coursework while saving valuable time and resources. Ultimately, TAGs allow students to maximize their potential and achieve academic success without unnecessary setbacks.
