Hello, L.E.E. Cluster family

My name is Melissa Castillo-Cerda. I am the L.E.E. Cluster Family Engagement Liaison. I became the Family Specialist for North East Alternative Center in August 2017. I was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. I have 22 years of experience of working in the social service field, which includes Children’s Shelter of San Antonio, Child Protective Services, Pathways Youth and Family Services, and San Antonio Family Endeavors. I began working with the public schools in December of 2011. My passion is to assist and provide community outreach to our families and students who are in need of assistance.
