Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year!

I was born and raised in San Antonio, and spent a short while in Germany while my father was in the military.  I attended North East ISD schools, and graduated with honors from UTSA.  I hold a bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, and certifications in Early Childhood through 4th grade, English as a Second Language, and Gifted and Talented.  I have been teaching with NEISD since 2007, and this is my second year at El Dorado. 

When I am not in the classroom, I enjoy reading books, going to the movies, and spending time with my family.  I have been married to my wonderful husband, Tim, for 19 years and we have three boys. Jackson is 13 years old, Landon is 10, and Harrison just turned 7 years old.

I look forward to having a fabulous year and partnering with each family to instill a love of school and life-long learning in each of my students!
