Welcome to 3rd grade! I am Mrs. Sanmiguel and this is my 8th year in education. I have taught 3rd and 4th grade in the last 7 years. This will be my 6th year teaching 3rd grade and it is my favorite grade to teach!

I graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) in 2016 with a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies. I got my certification as a EC-6 Bilingual Generalist teacher. I went back to school and in 2020 I graduated from UTSA (Go Runners!) with a Masters in Education with a concentration in Instructional Technology.

When I am not working I enjoy reading a good book, spending time with my family and friends, exercising and spending time outside, and going to the pool or to the lake!

Some of my favorite things include coffee, books, chocolate, and shopping at Target.
