About Mrs. Deaver

This is my 30th year of teaching. I received a degree in business from The University of Texas at San Antonio.   After which I went back to the university to get certified to teach elementary and upper level reading (1st-8th).   I just recently received another certification to teach early childhood (k-4th) and ESL.  I have taught first and second grade so far in my career. 

I am a graduate of N.E.I.S.D., I feel privileged to be able to return to the district to teach.  I love spending time with my family, children's literature, reading books, movies and relaxing.
