Education Background:

HI BOBCATS!!!  I graduated in 2015 with my degree in Elementary Education (Early Childhood-6th Grade) from the University of Texas at San Antonio (Go Roadrunners!) and also have an ESL Certification (Early Childhood-8th Grade).  I have had the pleasure of teaching Pre-K, Kindergarten and 3rd grade.  Children and education is my passion! I absolutely love our students and helping them grow is what makes my job the best.  I'm excited about starting my 9th year of teaching!  Go Bobcats!!!!!

Biography:

I was born in Ft. Worth, TX, but have lived all over the United States throughout my childhood since my dad was in the Air Force.  My 6th grade teacher inspired me to become a teacher when he opened up the doors of learning for me.  He showed me that we don't all learn in the same way and at the same time, but with common goals and hard work, we can achieve the unimaginable!

In November of 2018, I had my son Colt and my life was changed for the better!  My husband and I love taking him on hikes and exploring the world with him.  We take our two dogs, Bartlebee and Sheldon, out with us as much as we can!  Our family LOVES watching football and playing fantasy football.  We also love spending our time reading, running, boating and finding the best parks to play at!  If I'm not busy with school or my family, I like to take time to do yoga, read, and paint.
