Hello, my name is Selina Garcia and I have been a bilingual educator for 20 years. I was born and raised in Laredo, TX, a growing city just 2 1/2 hours south of San Antonio.   I have had the pleasure of teaching Kinder, 1st, 3rd, and 4th grade.  I received my MA in Counseling in 2002 from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
