Welcome Back, Huebner Huskies!! The 2024-2025 school year is going to be amazing.  I am truly lucky to have been able to teach at Huebner for 16 of my 26 years as an educator.  I am a proud Husky and LOVE MY JOB AND SCHOOL!!  This will be my 9th year as Huebner's Gifted and Talented teacher, and I am extremely passionate about what I do.  I have so many interesting and challenging lessons planned for this year, and I can't wait to get started.  

I was born and raised in Terre Haute, Indiana and graduated from Purdue University.  BOILER UP!!   I have lived in Texas since 1993, so San Antonio is home. I have an amazing 25-year-old daughter who is out in the world adulting, a son at Texas Tech University and a younger son who is in college playing football for Texas A&M Kingsville. I have a dog named Jasper who has captured my heart.  I am a very proud mom!  In my free time, I love to read, garden, travel, spend time with my family and watch football!!
