I was born in San Antonio, Texas and I am a former Huebner Husky! Huebner holds a special place in my heart and I am so excited to be back teaching Kindergarten. I went to Eisenhower Middle School and graduated from Churchill High School. I attended Texas State University where I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Family and Child Development. After college, I taught preschool for 5 years and decided to pursue my love for early education further by completing my teaching certification. I student taught in 1st grade and finished the year off teaching 5th grade at Huebner. Last year, I taught Kindergarten at Huebner and I am so thrilled to be back teaching my 2nd year of Kindergarten here! I love to be outdoors, travel and watch movies. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. My husband, Sam and I love spoiling our golden retriever, Colbie.
