I want to take this opportunity to introduce myself.  My name is Janet Brode.  I am so excited to be teaching 8th grade ESL at Jackson Middle School.  I have a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from The University of the Incarnate Word.  I am working on a Masters in English Literature and Writing.  I have an 18-year-old son who is a Freshman at Texas A&M College Station - Gig 'EM.  I am married to a wonderful man, Shane Brode.  We have been married for 19 years. Wow, where did the time go?
