Welcome! I began my education career in 2007. I spent the first six years of my career teaching second grade at Hidden Forest Elementary, another wonderful school in NEISD. This is my tenth year as an assistant principal, with the previous nine years being at Camelot Elementary. I love building relationships with students & staff. I consider myself incredibly lucky to be a part of the TOES community.

I am especially proud to be a product of the NEISD family. I attended Hidden Forest Elementary, Eisenhower and Bush Middle School, and graduated from Reagan High School in 2003. After high school, I went to Texas A&M University (WHOOP!), where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies (May 2007). I must love learning as much as my students do because I also have two master's degrees: Curriculum and Instruction from Texas A&M University (May 2009) and Administrative Leadership from UTSA (December 2012).

I married my wonderful husband in July 2014. Together, we have 2 precious boys: a 1st grader at another NEISD school and a wannabe 1st grader wanting to quickly follow in his brother’s footsteps!
