Hi!

I am the Dyslexia Teacher at Olmos Elementary. I graduated from UTSA with a Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education and am currently in training to be a Dyslexia Therapist, CALT.

I have been here at Olmos since the 2019-2020 school year. Prior to coming to Olmos, I did have the privilege of being a classroom teacher teaching students in 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade. In 2018 I knew that I was ready to branch out of the classroom and join in the world of dyslexia. As my journey of learning began, so did my passion for our dyslexic students. They bring me so much joy on a daily basis as we work together learning reading skills to take with them, to last a lifetime. Thank you for allowing me to join in the celebration of reading with your children. I love our campus and all our little Olmos Owls! I hope you all have a wonderful school year!
