Ms. Alyssa Aldrich

Howdy! My name is Alyssa Aldrich and welcome to first grade! I'm super excited to be at Olmos Elementary this school year and to be your child's teacher. This is my first year teaching. I recently graduated in May from Texas A&M University (WHOOP!!) where I completed a year-long residency in a first grade classroom. You could say first grade is the best! During my time at A&M, I was the treasure and communications officer for Aggie Aspiring Educators within TSTA.  I was born and raised in San Antonio, and I'm a NEISD Alumni. I come from a long line of owls due to my family growing up in the area in which they attended Olmos. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, traveling, reading, and spoiling my two cats at home. We're going to have a great school year! Go Owls!
