Ms. Tiffany Townsend

My name is Tiffany Townsend and I am the Redirection/SC teacher as well as the Crisis Team Representative at Camelot Elementary School. This is my 2nd year in this position, but I have been at Camelot for 5 years. I worked as a teacher's assistant here before that, so I have gotten to know the staff and students very well and consider this my home. I am excited about building relationships with your children and expect great things from them. My hope is to help build their confidence in themselves and teach them to cope with life, in and out of school, in healthy and productive ways.

I was born in Amarillo but moved to San Antonio when I was 9 years-old so I consider myself a native San Antonian and I love my city! I have 3 amazing daughters, aged 19, 14, and 7. We have 3 cats named Arya, Cloud, and Mavis. We love to spend time with our family having dinner and playing board games and card games. I love all things Star Trek, Harry Potter, and Tim Burton.

I graduated from Judson High School and went on to the University of Texas at San Antonio for my bachelors degree. I received my degree in Interdisciplinary Studies for Early Childhood through 6th Grade. I am certified to teach in the general education classroom for PreK to 6th grade and the special education classroom for PreK to 12th grade.
