2023-2024 will be my 8th year teaching and my 4th year at Camelot. I am the Targeted Support Teacher here at Camelot. I primarily work with the students that need tutoring hours in a STAAR subject, but I do also do small groups for intervention and enrichment. I have worked with students in nearly every grade level here at Camelot. I absolutely love my position as the targeted support teacher and am excited to be working with my small groups again this year. 

I am also the 504 coordinator and Telpas Coordinator for the campus along with the District Star student of the month organizer for our campus. 

I belong to the house of Altruismo; house champions in 2020 and 2022. ALT-RUI-SMO! 

I have my degree in science, but also love math and a couple of years ago I discovered a love for teaching reading as well. I completed Reading Academy in the 2021-2022 school year and worked primarily with small groups to improve reading skills. I have previously taught high school science, 4th grade math, science, and social studies, 3rd grade all core subjects, 5th grade all core subjects, and even a couple of weeks in 1st grade before transferring to my current position 2 years ago.
