  • How often will my child check out books?

    Most students K-5 come weekly to check out books.  Some upper grade teachers come bi-weekly to check out.  Check with your child's teacher in the upper grades.

  • How many books can my child check out?

    Kinder - 1 book

    First Grade - 1 to 2 books

    Second Grade - 2 books

    3rd to 5th Grade - 3 books

  • When are books due?

    Books for Kinder to 1st grade are due each week.

    2nd to 5th grade have 2 weeks before they are overdue.

  • Are there books fines?

    There are no fines for overdue books.  However if a student can check out 3 books and one has not been turned in, we will allow them to only check out 2 books.  If a book is lost or damaged there is a fine assessed to the student's account.  Students will need to pay the lost or damaged book fine before being allowed to check out the number of books allowed.
