    NEISD strives to serve a variety of foods from all the food groups, including colorful fruits and vegetables, whole-grain-rich offerings, and in-house prepared items.     A choice of milk, chocolate, 1% white, soy, and lactose free milk  is included with breakfast and lunch.

    Lunch includes a choice of an entrée, 2 vegetables, a fruit, and milk.
