The Jackson Keller Strings program is an after-school program that meets twice a week at Olmos Elementary  to provide fifth grade students an opportunity to excel in a musical group, gain leadership opportunities and enjoy comradery within a group.

Strings class gives the students an opportunity to perform a few times a year for the community while encouraging the students to grow in leadership and musicality.  It also gives them a head start in their middle school strings program.

The Jackson Keller Strings mission is to enhance the student experience and bring the families together through entertaining events while providing an excellent start to their middle school musical career.

The music teacher will send out a flier to the fifth grade families at the beginning of the year outlining the process of joining.
