Hello!

Welcome to our US History class. I am delighted to teach your children their last EOC tested content, US History. This will be my 21th year of teaching history. I started teaching after spending some time in corporate America. My first teaching position was at Tejeda Middle School in Texas History. After 5 years, I went to 8th grade US History for the next 7 years. I was blessed to have the opportunity to move to high school here at CT Johnson. It is by far my favorite teaching experience.

I am a mother of two daughters. Ashley is a teacher at Tejeda Middle School. She is married to Austin and they have a dog named Nova.  Amber is a wedding/event planner. Amber and her husband Tom have our first grand baby, Thomas. They also have two dogs, Holly and Charlie. My husband, Buddy is retired and is recovering from thoracic spine surgery and loves to hang with our dog, Bailey. We are a soccer family and love to be outside (unless it is 100).
