  • What are the library hours?

    The library opens at 8:00 A.M. Monday-Friday.  The library closes at 3:45 P.M. Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.  The library closes at 3:00 P.M. on Wednesdays and Thursdays for staff meetings and afterschool clubs.

  • How many books are students and parents allowed to check out?

    Kindergarten and first grade students can check out one (1) book for one (1) week.

    Second grade students can check out two (2) books for one (1) week.

    Third grade students can check out two (2) books for two (2) weeks.

    Fourth and fifth grade students can check out three (3) books for two (2) weeks.

    Parents or guardians can check out five (5) books for three (3) weeks.

  • Do you charge fines for overdue books?

    No.  We do not charge fines for overdue books.  Fines are assessed for lost or damaged book(s).

  • Can I replace a lost or damaged book with a book I purchase a store?

    Posted by:

    No. Library books are purchased from book vendors that provide library quality books.  The purchase of a library book also includes processing (adding a book to the library catalog, affixing barcodes and call numbers.)
