About Mrs. Kennerson…….

I graduated from The University of Texas at San Antonio (Go Runners!) and began my teaching career in 2013. This will be my seventh year teaching and I am thrilled to make tons of memories with your children. I have lived in San Antonio my whole life and could not imagine living anywhere else. . I have a supportive husband who I have been with for 10 years. We have two cats Mia and Mya and one dog Muppet who mean the world to us. In 2014 we welcomed a beautiful baby girl Avery into our lives she has been such a blessing. In 2018 we welcomed a bouncing baby boy named Nason. I am so excited to be working with your children this coming year.

Our goal this year is to ensure that your child has a successful and rewarding experience in Second Grade. We will become super problem solvers, readers, writers, and LEADERS! I am looking forward to a great year with my Second Grade families.
