Welcome to our 4th grade class. I am very excited about all the learning we will be doing together this year.

I am beginning my 19th year of teaching with NEISD. I graduated from The University at San Antonio in 1996. I began my experience in an ESL Kinder class and have taught all grades levels from Kinder – 5th with the exception of 2nd. I have taught Regular Education, Bilingual, ESL, and Dual classrooms.

I enjoy the outdoors and have a passion for visiting other countries as well as our own. A few places I have been fortunate to visit include, Mexico, Canada, Dominican Republic, Central America, Bahamas, Italy, Japan. I've also visited Hawaii and many other states here in the US. All of these places have added to my education in the classroom. I enjoy being able to share of my experiences with my students.
