My name is Ryan Markmann and I am the Transition Specialist for the Madison Cluster including Harris MS, Wood MS, El Dorado ES, Longs Creek ES, Steubing Ranch ES, Woodstone ES, Stahl ES, Northern Hills ES, and Fox Run ES.

This year I will continue to help with the transition process for students receiving special education services as they plan their goals for life after high school. I will provide support to the Madison cluster students, staff, and families by sharing information throughout the year with teachers and families regarding the transition and family engagement process to include parent engagement workshops and resources.
