Mr. Cory Vega

Hey everyone! I'm Mr. Vega and I'm a teacher for English II and English III at Madison. This is my second year teaching so I will be learning more and more alongside your students! I studied at Southwestern University, the top private liberal arts college in Texas, and obtained my bachelors in communications and minored in exercise and sports studies. I also played 4 years of collegiate football as a defensive tackle and won the SCAC conference title in 2016. I obtained my teaching certification and did my postgrad work at UTSA. While at UTSA, I was a member of the UTSA eSports team for Super Smash Bros. Outside the comfy confines of my classroom, I love to listen to music, play recreational soccer or golf, play video games, and cook. Looking forward to a great year!
