Safety Patrol

SAFETY PATROLS is a community service organization, responsible for maintaining building and campus safety as students arrive and leave the campus. Patrols run on a 2-week rotation, working morning duty (7:10 - 7:40) AND afternoon duty (2:50 - 3:20). If patrols need to catch a bus in the afternoon, those specific patrols are assigned to afternoon bus duty.  4th Graders who are wanting to become a safety patrol, begin their training in May and get this opportunity based on 4th Grade teachers' recommendations. 

 REQUIREMENTS:

• Open to fifth graders
• Patrols must maintain satisfactory academic grades and conduct
• Display responsibility for others' safety
• Use responsibility wisely and fairly
• Signed Parental Permission Slip
