If you are not sure which staff person manages the issue that you seek resolved, simply call 210-407-4200  and explain your situation. You will be directed to the appropriate personnel. Do note that a number of our staff are required to visit locations on campus as part of their duties and may not be in the office when you call. A follow-up e-mail is also recommended.

    School Hours:
    7:30 AM - 2:45 PM

    Early Release:
    7:30 AM - 12:30 PM
    * Students are tardy after 7:30 a.m. If they are late, they will need a tardy slip from the office.

    7:00 AM: Students can begin to arrive.

    Arrival Procedures: Please use the far-right lane to drop off and pick up your child so they may use the sidewalk to safely walk to and from the building. If you are walking your child to the entrance, please park in the parking spaces in the parking lot. PLEASE DO NOT park along the curb (fire lane) in front of the school or leave your vehicle running and unattended or leave children in the vehicle alone.

    7:25 AM: First Bell

    Students make their way to class to be seated and ready to start the day.

    7:30 AM: Tardy Bell

    Students should be seated in the classroom by 7:30 A.M. A parent must accompany students to the front office and sign them in if they arrive after 7:30 A.M.

    2:45 PM: Dismissal & Pick-up

    Afternoon Dismissal Procedure: Parents must remain in their vehicles and use the pick-up lanes.

    Cars must have car rider tag visible.

    Students in Kindergarten and 5th Grade are dismissed from the front entrance of the school on Cascade Place.

    Pre-K, 3rd, and 4th Grade are dismissed at the side exit on Timberlane Drive.

    1st and 2nd Grade are dismissed at the side exit on Cresham Drive.
