Welcome to Oak Grove Elementary: “The little school with the big heart.” At Oak Grove we know that each child is unique in their own way, with gifts and strengths that make them special. We are committed to revealing these exceptional talents while fostering individualized learning for every child, every day. We teach students how to combine their strengths with hard work to accomplish their goals and provide a positive contribution to their community. We believe that every child, no matter their circumstances should come to school and feel valued, loved and safe every day. We approach and work with each child on an individual basis and advocate for each to be at their best. We instill confidence and excitement for learning so that no child is left behind. We know that they are our future leaders and provide them with the tools to be successful.

    WE CELEBRATE SMALL MOMENTS

Mrs. Cecil knows how to make her kids feel special and smart! In her Kindergarten class, students encourage each other using phrases like “own that confidence” and “you’ve got this!” We love seeing kids get excited and building confidence while learning.
