Hello Tuscany Heights Tigers!

As a proud graduate of the NEISD school district, I am so excited about teaching 5th grade this year! 

I began my teaching adventure here in San Antonio in the fall of 1996, as a student teacher from UTSA. 

Since then, I have enjoyed being an elementary teacher, having taught 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades in both the San Antonio and Dallas-Fort Worth areas. While my own 2 children were in elementary school, I spent almost 5 years as a retail manager.  After that, I enjoyed working in the hospitality industry for Marriott International.  I returned to the classroom in 2017 after being away for several years.

I am now thoroughly enjoying spending my days with energetic elementary-aged humans!

Last year I made the exciting move to Tuscany Heights!

I am thrilled to be back and looking forward to working with our wonderful students and staff.
