Student must be a graduating high school senior from the school of Engineering and Technologies Academy at Roosevelt; have at least a 3.0 GPA; study in the field of science, engineering, technology, or math; attend any accredited college, university or vocational school in the US; complete 100 hours of community or leadership service and be unable to attend college without financial assistance.
