A qualifying student is a child who meets at least one of the Texas Pre-K qualifying criteria, and is eligible for free Pre-K.
<a href="https://www.neisd.net/tuition-prek">Tuition-Based Pre-K</a>
If your child is a non-qualifying student, they are eligible to attend Pre-K at one of our designated campuses as a tuition student.

Preschool for Children with Disabilities

North East ISD is excited to offer a full-day, high-quality Pre-K for all 4 year-old students who live within the District. Pre-K students learn social, emotional, and academic skills through hands-on experiences and purposeful play. For our kindergarteners, we offer a standards-based program where academic and social-emotional skills and concepts are taught in an active, enriching environment of high expectations. Children learn to read, write, problem solve and understand academic concepts that are the foundation to a quality education.
