• NEISD Tipline: The NEISD tipline is intended for you to share tips regarding potentially dangerous situations. You can also call 210-407-0925.
• NEISD Standard Response Protocol: When there is an issue on your child’s campus, North East ISD utilizes the Standard Response Protocol (SRP) developed by the Texas State School Safety Center.
• File a Grievance: If you have concerns, learn how to file a grievance to ensure your voice
  is heard and addressed.
