Level IV
If the Level III Conference outcome does not meet the complainant’s satisfaction, they may request a Level IV appeal. An appeal to the Level III decision must be filed no later than the 20th day after the date on which a decision on the grievance was made.
The Superintendent shall inform the complainant of the date, time, and place of the meeting.
“Days” shall mean District business days, unless otherwise noted.

Next Steps:
The Board will place the Level IV appeal on a meeting agenda within 60 days from the receipt of the appeal.
