Police Requests & Special Events

Need an officer to attend Red Ribbon Week or to offer a K9 presentation?
North East Police Requests are now submitted via the Employee Portal.
For access to the NEPD application, please contact Management Information Services, (210)407-0204.
NEPD requests must be entered two weeks in advance. If your request is within two (2) weeks from the date you are entering it into the system, you must contact NEPD after entering your request.
Keep in mind that such requests may not be approved if an officer is not available on short notice.
If an officer reports to an event and the event is cancelled without notice, the campus or department will be billed for a minimum of two (2) hours.
The PD Training Room is currently unavailable.
