Prox Tags
Door Access Information:
The Micro Prox tag is your key to accessing exterior and interior security doors or elevators in the North East Independent School District. This tag will act as your key to entering areas authorized by your Principal or Executive Director.
Please forward your request to Melisande Winslow, Security Access Technician, by email and allow 2 business days for processing.
- Group A has 24/7 access. Assigned to administrators and custodians.
- Group B has 6:00am - 6:00pm, Monday–Friday access. Assigned to teachers and paraprofessionals.
- Proxy tags are not issued to temporary hires, part-time substitutes, or contractors. Please issue a Campus Admin Badge for door access.
- Report lost badges immediately to Ms. Winslow.
- Gym access must be renewed every school year.
- Campus Admin Badge hours: Elementary - 7:00am-3:30pm. Middle - 8:00am-4:00pm. High - 8:30am-4:30pm.
Employee Badge Information:
New employee badges are only created and sent out to the campuses/departments AFTER we receive confirmation from Human Resources that the employee has completed orientation.
For a lost badge, damaged badge or proxy tag, name change, or to return a badge, please e-mail or pony the Employee Badge Return/Replacement form to Ms. Winslow.
For Substitute or Temporary Employee badge replacement requests, please contact the Substitute Office in Human Resources, (210)407-0463.
