NEISD Fine Arts - Speech & Debate

The North East ISD Speech and Debate programs have enjoyed several years of success in local, regional, state, and national competition.

NEISD - UIL Academics

North East School District has a strong tradition in the University Interscholastic League academics competition. Students have the opportunity to compete in all of the 29 contests offered at the high school level and 15 of the contest for grades 2 – 8. The contests complement the academic curriculum, motivate students to acquire higher levels of knowledge, challenge students to confront issues of importance, and provide students with the opportunity to demonstrate mastery of specific skills.

NEISD Fine Arts - Spirit Organizations

The North East Independent School District spirit organizations include Pep Squad, Drill Team, Dance Team, Freshman cheerleading, Junior Varsity cheerleading, Varsity cheerleading and mascots. All of our spirit organization students are expected to be leaders and great role models on their campuses. The future of these programs is based on our goals to include more students, to give more young people a place to belong, to continue to focus on the program as a fine art, to foster healthy competition and to model good citizenship.

NEISD Fine Arts - National Honor Societies

More than just an honor roll, NHS & NJHS serves to honor those students who have demonstrated excellence in the areas of scholarship, service, leadership, character, and citizenship. These characteristics have been associated with membership in the organization since its beginning in 1929.
