Canva Brand Kit & Templates

The North East ISD Canva Brand Kit provides employees with approved brand assets for creating consistent, on-brand communications. By using the Brand Kit, staff have access to the District's official logos, color palettes, fonts, and templates without needing to recreate or upload assets themselves.

Using the Brand Kit helps ensure communications remain visually consistent while reducing the time needed to create new materials.

The Brand Kit Includes

• Official District, Marketing, and Vision identities
• Approved color palettes
• District fonts
• Ready-to-use templates

Accessing the Canva Brand Kit

The North East ISD Brand Kit is available through the District's Canva Teams account, Staff & Admin.

To access the Brand Kit:

• Sign in to Canva using your North East ISD account.
• Select the Staff & Admin team from the left navigation.
• Open a new or existing design.
• Select the Brand tab in the left sidebar to access logos, colors, fonts, and other brand assets.
• Browse Templates to find approved District designs.

Best Practices for Board Presentations

• Use approved templates whenever possible.
• Select the appropriate identity based on the purpose of your communication.
• Use logos, colors, and fonts directly from the Brand Kit rather than uploading your own files.
• If you need a template or brand asset that isn't available, contact the Communications Department.
