Equipment Reservation
Physical Education and Health Equipment Request Information
- When making a request be sure the Recurrence dates match the number of days indicated for the equipment being requested.
- Trailer deliveries are on Mondays, or Tuesday following a Monday holiday. The same applies for picking up items from the pods.
- Trailered items: rockwalls, spin bikes, inline skates, gagaball, disc golf, mountain bikes, strider bikes
- Trailer pick-ups are on Friday, or Thursday preceding a Friday holiday. The same applies for dropping off items at the pods.
- PE & Health equipment is to support the PE and/or Health TEKS. Should equipment be used for non-academic uses such as field days, family nights or other community events, the PE and/or Health teacher that requested the equipment will be responsible for following all appropriate safety procedures (e.g. “rockwall”), immediate maintenance of equipment, reporting any damage, and following proper check-out and check-in procedures.
- A campus may be held fiscally responsible for damaged or missing equipment.
- Requests are reviewed the preceding week on Wednesday morning and any requests received afterwards may not be considered.
