Clear Bag Policy
To enhance security and improve entry efficiency, NEISD has implemented a clear bag policy for all athletic events. The following guidelines outline approved and prohibited bags, along with exceptions and inspection procedures.
INSPECTION POLICY
All bags, regardless of size or type, are subject to inspection prior to entry. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
PROHIBITED BAGS
The following items are not permitted in NEISD athletic facilities:
- All purses, bags, or containers larger than a small clutch bag
- Backpacks
- Binocular cases (binoculars may be worn around the neck)
- Briefcases
- Camera bags
- Cinch bags
- Computer bags
- Coolers
- Fanny packs
- Luggage of any kind
APPROVED BAGS
Visitors may bring only the following types of bags into the venue:
- Clear Tote: Plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags, not exceeding 12” x 6” x 12”
- Plastic Storage Bag: One (1) gallon, clear, re-sealable bag
- Small Clutch Purse: Approximately the size of a hand, no larger than 5.5” x
- 8.5” (with or without a handle or strap), which may be carried separately or
- within an approved clear bag
EXCEPTIONS
Exceptions to this policy will be made for:
- Medically necessary items
- News media equipment (for credentialed media only)
- Official team and field photographers
- Booster clubs selling items
- Diaper bags
