North East Independent School District

Choosing a school is an important decision, and school boundaries help families know which campuses serve their neighborhood. North East ISD is made up of 67 campuses across the San Antonio area, and each home address is assigned to an elementary, middle, and high school. This feeder pattern allows students to move smoothly from one grade level to the next while staying connected to their community.

We organize our schools into seven clusters, each centered around a high school. A cluster includes the high school and the middle and elementary schools that feed into it. This structure creates a sense of community, ensuring that students and families build lasting connections as they advance through the grades. Teachers, coaches, and counselors are able to collaborate across campuses within a cluster to support students’ academic growth, extracurricular interests, and social-emotional needs. On this page, you can:

  • View boundary maps for elementary, middle, and high schools.
  • Explore feeder patterns to see how campuses connect across grade levels.

Understanding your school boundaries is the first step in joining the NEISD family. Whether you’re new to the district or moving within our community, these maps provide a clear guide to the schools that serve your area.

In addition to cluster schools, NEISD offers a wide variety of magnet programs that allow students to explore specialized interests such as STEM, fine arts, health careers, and international studies. Any student in the District can apply to attend a magnet program, regardless of their home cluster. Transportation is provided to ensure access across boundary lines, giving students the flexibility to pursue their passions while still benefiting from the strength of the NEISD community.
