NEISD New Student Registration Information

Kindergarten and New Student Registration
Monday - Friday 8:00 - 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 - 3:00 daily

Please Bring:

1. Original Birth Certificate: State Certified Only

2. Immunization Record: Must be Current (NEISD Health Services)

3. Student's Social Security Card

4. Valid Driver's License of Parent/Legal Guardian

5. Proof of Residence:

a) House - current Utility Bill (CPS or SAWS)
b) Apartment -a current, signed lease, with parent's names listed
