Please Bring:

1. Original Birth Certificate: State Certified Only
2. Immunization Record: Must Be Current
3. Student's Social Security Card
4. Proof of Residence
     a) House: Current Utility Bill (CPS or SAWS)
     b) Apartment: Can only accept a lease with
            student's name noted on lease.
5. Valid Driver's License of Parent/Legal Guardian

New Student / Kindergarten Registration
Daily:
9:00-1:00 p.m. (Monday - Friday)

According to State law, a child who has reached five years of age on or before September 1 of the current school year is eligible to attend kindergarten.
