Why Teach Digital Citizenship?
Technology is everywhere... even for our youngest students. By teaching digital citizenship early, we can help keep our students safe, encourage responsible online behaviors, and teach the importance of leaving a positive digital footprint. By the end of 2nd grade, students will know strategies to stay online safe and understand that their digital footprint can last forever. Seesaw is used in the digital citizenship lessons, so students can see what they did in the previous years and understand that what they put on the internet travels with them.
