Career & Technology Education

We will build the future by aligning our teaching to industry needs so that our students are prepared to answer the call of the demands of our community’s economy and workforce.

Transportation for Magnet Families

North East ISD provides bus service options for middle and high school students enrolled in magnet programs. To help families with greater flexibility and to improve reliability, magnet transportation requires an annual registration process.

Through registration, families can:

  • Select the bus stop location that works best for their needs, rather than defaulting to the student’s home campus.
  • Help the Transportation Department plan routes more effectively and reduce overcrowding.
  • Ensure improved bus reliability across all magnet campuses.

All magnet families are asked to complete the bus registration form each year—even if transportation will not be used—so that accurate planning can take place. Students who register before the annual deadline are guaranteed bus service on the first day of school. Students who register after the deadline may experience a short delay before service begins, while routes are adjusted.
