North East ISD Bond Programs

2025 Bond Program Snapshot
$482,990,000 | 262 Projects*
This page is your window into the work our community made possible. The 2025 Bond Program is now underway, and so is our commitment to keeping every project clear, current, and accountable. You'll find updates, timelines, and the story behind each improvement right here—today and for years to come.

On November 4, 2025, our community approved the 2025 Bond Program—a shared investment in safer campuses, stronger programs, and facilities built to last.

As this work moves forward, we’re committed to being fully transparent: what we’re building, when it’s happening, and how every dollar is used.

This isn’t just a list of projects. It’s a long-term partnership between our district and the families we serve.

Prop Breakdown

  • Prop A — General: $400,345,000
  • Prop B — Technology: $53,480,000
  • Prop C — Athletics: $29,165,000

What is a school bond?

A school bond is the community’s way of shaping the future with us. When voters approve a bond, they’re giving the district permission to take on major projects—things too big to fund through day-to-day budgeting.

Renovating and repairing existing school buildings, upgrading instructional technology and classroom equipment, enhancing campus safety and security systems, improving fine arts, athletics, and extracurricular spaces—these are long-life investments.

Our job now is simple: use these dollars responsibly and show the work along the way.

Community Oversight

The bond program doesn’t move forward in isolation. Our Citizens' Bond Advisory Committee (CBAC)—made up of community members, parents, and staff—meets regularly to review progress and spending. Their insight helps keep the work grounded, transparent, and accountable. It’s one more way we ensure this bond continues to reflect the community that approved it.

DIstrict Oversight

The Construction Management and Engineering Department of North East Independent School District is responsible for the execution of capital improvement bond programs. Bond programs focus on growth, major additions/renovations (portable classroom replacement, new science classroom lecture/labs, and extracurricular programs), technology, transportation, MEP & HVAC upgrades, roofing, and District-wide athletic program.

*The total number of projects listed may change over time. As planning progresses, some campus-specific improvements may be combined into broader category projects to streamline construction and ensure efficient use of bond funds. All scope remains the same—only the way it is grouped or reported may be updated for clarity and accuracy.
